Our Programs
Yogic Philosophy & Meditation
For individuals seeking to learn meditation and breath control (pranayama) and to build a self-sustaining daily meditation and self-care routine in focused 30-minute blocks.

Foundational guidance in mindfulness (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyana) through step-by-step techniques, combined with exploration of yogic philosophies to cultivate Sattvic living. These sessions introduce you to the deeper, contemplative dimensions of yoga beyond physical practice — including classical texts, breath awareness, mantra, and the principles that support mental clarity and inner steadiness. Whether you're new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, sessions are personalised to your experience level and goals.
Sessions are 30 minutes, available one-on-one or in small groups (3-5 people), and offered online — in packages of 4, 8, or 12. In-person sessions are available only when paired with a 60-minute yoga session from another offering. A free 15-minute consultation call helps determine the right format and focus for you.

A Gentle, Structured Path
Step-by-Step Foundations: Meditation isn't taught as an isolated skill — it's built progressively, through concentration and breath, so it actually sticks.

Rooted in Tradition, Made Accessible: Drawing from yogic texts and the Viniyoga lineage, philosophy is simplified without losing its depth.
