The Foundational Therapy Package (Includes 4 Mandatory Phases)
Initial Intake & Clinical Evaluation (90 Mins, In-Person): A deep-dive subjective history and objective physical assessment conducted through foundational yoga asanas to map your body's unique structural and physiological needs.
First Follow-Up & Plan Optimisation (60 Mins, In-Person): We practice a customised draft of your entire routine together, refining alignment, making hands-on modifications, and ensuring every movement feels stable.
Second Follow-Up & Integration (60 Mins, Online): Once your steady routine is in place, we connect virtually to review your independent practice, address questions, and fine-tune elements that need adjustment. Hand-drawn or recorded yoga practices will be provided by the end of the second or third follow-up.
Maintenance Check-In (30 Mins, Online/In-Person): A streamlined accountability session to track long-term progress, adjust for lifestyle shifts, and support your ongoing, sustainable health.
