Whether it's the stiffness from long hours at a desk, the overwhelm of a busy schedule, or simply wanting more focus, energy, and ease in daily life, this practice meets you there.
Sessions are offered fully online, fully in-person at your home, or a mix of both — in packages of 4, 8, or 12. We begin with a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your goals, the right package, and the best format and schedule for you.
It typically takes 4-5 sessions to get a clear understanding of your body and the areas to focus on — which is why I recommend starting with the 8-session package for the best results.

Ongoing 1:1 Sessions (30-60 Mins): Available in packages of 4, 8, or 12 — combining movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, evolving as your strength, flexibility, and awareness grow. (8-session packages recommended to begin, allowing 4-5 sessions to fully understand your body's needs.)
Small Group Option: Prefer to practice with others? Sessions are also available in small groups of 3-5 — ideal for friends, couples, or family members wanting to build a routine together.
