Personalised one-to-one sessions supporting the body and mind through life's changing stages from the foundational years of adolescence to the transitions of ageing gracefully. Offered in groups for adolescents.

Some of life's biggest shifts happen in the body — growing up, growing older, or moving through significant life changes. This practice meets you at those moments, offering personalised, one-on-one support shaped around exactly where you are.
Currently focused on teens and seniors, with future offerings planned for other life transitions. Available fully online, fully in-person at your home, or a mix of both — in packages of 4, 8, or 12. A free 15-minute consultation call helps determine the right goals, format, and schedule.
How Sessions Are Designed
Age-Appropriate Foundations: Every session is built around where the individual is right now — whether that means building strength and confidence for the first time, or adapting practice for a changing body.
One-on-One Attention: Personalised pacing and guidance, in a setting that feels safe, supportive, and free of comparison.
Flexible Format: Fully online, fully in-person at your home, or a mix of both — with packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions. Teens may also opt for small group sessions (3-5 people); seniors are offered one-on-one only for focused, individualised support.
Beyond Movement: Sessions also introduce simplified yogic philosophy, gentle Vedic chanting, and Yoga Nidra — supporting focus, calm, and a deeper connection to the practice, suited to each age group.
