Namaste! I’m Prerna Ramanathan.
As an internationally certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with over 18 years of personal practice, I bridge ancient yogic science with modern physiology to design customised therapeutic paths. Originally establishing my practice in Bengaluru, India, I am honoured to now serve the San Jose community through local, in-person sessions while continuing to support clients globally online.
Since 2020, I have worked with clients navigating physical injuries, postural alignment, joint instability, breathing challenges, chronic stress, anxiety, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances.

Trainings:
Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT): 1,000-hour, 2-year diploma accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
8+ Years of Practice & 6+ Years Teaching
Classical Hatha Yoga Foundations: Certified by a1000yoga Shala (Bangalore) and Sivananda Yoga Vedanta (Kerala), with additional training in children's yoga and Pranic Healing.
